At Branded by Brandy, we want every customer to feel confident and cared for when shopping with us. Please review our return policy before placing your order.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery on eligible accessories.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
Unworn
Unused
In its original condition
In its original packaging
Free from damage, stains, scents, or signs of wear
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Hair accessories
Personal care items
Custom or personalized items
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Items marked final sale
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help make it right.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not guarantee exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend requesting a return for the eligible item and placing a new order.
